Erin Snodgrass focuses her practice on technology and media/content transactions and intellectual property. She represents clients in the software, technology services, mobile, games, and entertainment industries. Erin has extensive experience in all sorts of transactions involving software products and technology-related content (development, acquisition, licensing, distribution, marketing, advertising,) on many platforms (SAAS, personal computers, devices, wireless handhelds, game consoles, etc.). Erin has also worked with clients in developing GDPR-compliance programs and associated documentation as well as social media and blogging programs, including creating internal policies as well as policies for external social media partners and contractors.
Erin received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology at The University of Washington. In 2005, Erin was an adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law teaching an upper-division class in Advanced Issues in Copyright Law. Kari Annand has a technology transactions practice, specializing in software and content licensing, strategic partnership, distribution, production, design, development and services agreements and general intellectual property, internet, privacy and e-commerce issues. Kari’s clients include start-up, mid-size and multi-national software, web service, mobile, advertising, commerce, virtual media and hardware companies. Kari has worked with clients on difficult privacy and compliance issues, including GDPR readiness and counseling.
Kari received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Writing at The Johns Hopkins University. She is licensed to practice in Washington.

Michelle Theret has a technology transactions and product counseling practice. Michelle brings a unique skill set to the table, coupling several years of general procurement and software licensing expertise with legal counseling expertise. Prior to joining Snodgrass Annand, Michelle worked in a high volume, fast-paced procurement organization for a travel corporation, negotiating on average between 40-65 licensing agreements at any given time, expertly managing numerous drafts and communicating with internal partners to provide basic legal review and understanding of each agreement. Michelle has negotiated hundreds of SaaS, EULA, and various other licensing arrangements, providing guidance on key risk/exposure elements in each initiative.
Michelle received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature; Political Science at Xavier University. She is licensed to practice in Washington and North Carolina.
Lori Kit has worked as an office manager/administrator, bookkeeper, and administrative assistant in the legal field for 35 years. She holds an AA in Business from the Atlanta College of Business. She was an LPO and Escrow Officer for Transamerica Title and a small Bellevue law firm. Lori has taught pre-certification classes for the Eastside Chapter of the National Association for Legal Secretaries.
Active in her community, Lori has served on various citizen committees for the City of Redmond including the Redmond Board of Park Commissioners, the Redmond Youth Partnership Advisory Committee (RYPAC), the North Redmond Neighborhood Advisory Committee; she has held board positions on various community organizations including the Redmond Garden Club, the Redmond Parks Legacy Committee, and the Redmond North Little League.
